Let's get some more diversity of thought and background around the decision-making table.

We all know that diversity of thought leads to better decision-making

Diverse thinking happens when you bring people together from a range of backgrounds and experiences, which is why we include an inclusion clause in our standard term sheet.

We know that engaging diverse networks outside of our immediate circles can sometimes be challenging.

To make it easier, we want to help raise the profile of diverse talent in the startup ecosystem by open-sourcing this spreadsheet of experienced startup and tech industry talent.

We encourage referring to this list when looking for an advisor for your early-stage startup, an angel investor, a board member, a team member or someone to speak at your event.

This is a living database – please add yourself, or send it to your most talented friend or colleague from a diverse background.

We’d love to raise the profiles of talented, but under-represented startup operators across Australia and New Zealand, so please share this with your network!
