Mr Yum is a mobile menu that customers order and pay from, designed specifically for hospitality and entertainment venues.
Mr Yum is the brainchild of Kim Teo, Kerry Osborn, Andrei Miulescu and Adrian Osman. Traditional, text-based menus hadn’t changed with the times, and they saw an opportunity to create a digital menu that would be much more visual, interesting and appealing.
“The right people contribute their talent and enthusiasm, keep engagement high and spur growth.”

My career path to VC has been quite an eccentric one. After spending the first 8 years of my career between KPMG and Macquarie, I moved to Canada for three years and pivoted to PE at a boutique fund admin. I've always loved the funds space, but there was something different about seeing the full lifecycle of deals that had me hooked.
After a brief stint in property funds in New Zealand, I decided it was finally time to come home—both to Sydney, and to the PE/VC space—so when the Finance Manager role at Airtree popped up, I was thrilled!
Why tech and startups excite me
I truly believe startups are doing important work in finding new solutions to old problems, and I look to emulate this in my approach to work. That's why I love learning new skills (VBA and SQL through online learning are recent favourites) to make things more efficient.
Advice I’d give to my younger self
If I could tell my younger self anything, it would be to seek joy in the journey, not the destination. I look up to our founders (people braver than me) for their patience and resilience.
What I nerd out over
I nerd out over food—I’m convinced it’s one of my love languages. If you ask me for my recipe for something, it will usually be one I found online and made my own with amendments scribbled all over. And it will definitely make my day that you enjoyed something I made enough to ask!
Here’s where you’ll find me on the weekend
Planning my next trip, learning a new language (hot tip: if you listen to rap in said language, it'll help you learn it faster!) or getting adventurous in the kitchen to feed the people I love.
